Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please send an email to info@orienspoeticupcycle.com including:

• your order number;

• your full name;

• the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your request has been submitted, the item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days to the following address:

Return Conditions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be:

• unworn, unwashed and undamaged;

• returned with all original tags attached;

• in the same condition in which they were received.

Every ORIENS piece is created from antique, vintage and hand-embroidered textiles. Small imperfections, subtle variations in colour, signs of age and natural irregularities are inherent characteristics of these unique materials and should not be considered defects. They are part of the authenticity and individuality of each garment.

For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, washing or alteration from their original condition cannot be accepted for return.

Items that have been custom-made or personalised at the customer's request are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, ORIENS will process the refund using the original payment method. Alternatively, if agreed with the customer, a store credit of the same value may be issued.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

RESI E RIMBORSI

La soddisfazione dei nostri clienti è molto importante per noi. Se per qualsiasi motivo non fossi soddisfatto del tuo acquisto, puoi esercitare il diritto di recesso entro 14 giorni di calendario dalla data di consegna dell'ordine.

Come richiedere un reso

Per richiedere un reso, invia un'e-mail a info@orienspoeticupcycle.com indicando:

• il numero dell'ordine;

• il tuo nome e cognome;

• l'articolo o gli articoli che desideri restituire.

Una volta inviata la richiesta, il prodotto dovrà essere spedito entro 14 giorni al seguente indirizzo:

Condizioni del reso

Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione del prodotto sono a carico del cliente.

Gli articoli devono essere restituiti:

• non utilizzati, non lavati e non danneggiati;

• completi di cartellini originali;

• nelle stesse condizioni in cui sono stati ricevuti.

Ogni creazione ORIENS nasce dal recupero di tessuti antichi, vintage e ricamati a mano. Eventuali piccole imperfezioni, leggere variazioni di colore, segni del tempo o irregolarità sono caratteristiche intrinseche dei materiali utilizzati e rappresentano l'autenticità e l'unicità del capo. Tali caratteristiche non sono da considerarsi difetti.

Per motivi igienici, gli articoli che presentino segni di utilizzo, siano stati lavati o risultino alterati rispetto allo stato originale non potranno essere accettati per il rimborso.

Gli articoli realizzati su misura o personalizzati su richiesta del cliente non possono essere restituiti.

Rimborso

Dopo aver ricevuto e verificato il prodotto restituito, ORIENS provvederà al rimborso utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento impiegato per l'acquisto oppure, se concordato con il cliente, mediante l'emissione di un buono acquisto di pari valore.

Il rimborso sarà effettuato entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento e dalla verifica del reso.
